Worship Pastor - Part-Time Position

The Worship Pastor at Southside Baptist exists to lead the entire church family in worship, participates directly with staff to coordinate worship services, facilitates special music events, and cultivates a heart for God-honoring worship across all generations.

This position is part-time 15-20 hours per week.

Southside has a long, positive history in Greensboro. The church family is currently going through a revitalization where we are seeking to grow into a multi-ethnic, multi-generational church family.

The vision of Southside is to reach our community for Christ. Almost everything we do is centered around this vision.

Qualifications

• Must be a born-again follower of Jesus who possesses a growing faith

• Willing to work hard

• Will love and meet the church family and community where they are and will humbly lead them the direction we need to go

• Has at least 2 years experience in church music ministry

• Affirms the Baptist Faith and Message 2000
